Numina Tray Sorter, NTS™ is the latest advancement in warehouse sorter automation. NTS™ technology is designed to address a wide variety of high speed sorting applications. The NTS™ flexible design supports split tray sorter systems, dual split tray sorters, and tilt tray sorter systems. NTS™ can be equipped with a single split tray sorter, dual tilt tray sorter (above) and even a quad tilt tray sorter (below) carriage. The dual tilt tray sorter carriage doubles the capacity of the machine to handle over 14,000 items per hour. In addition, the dual tilt tray sorter allows oversized items to be managed without sacrificing overall system throughput. The revolutionary quad tray carriage increases sortation throughput on the machine for small items (CD's DVD's) for order fulfillment or outbound shipments to over 28,000 items per hour.
