THE NUMINA GROUP NAMES KEN CARNES AS DIRECTOR OF LOGISTICS AUTOMATION

Woodridge, IL, November 28, 2007 - The Numina Group recently announced the appointment of Ken Carnes as Director of Logistics Automation Services. Ken will be located in Austin Texas and focus on the South and East US areas and the reverse logistics market for The Numina Group, a leading material handling integrator for warehousing and distribution automation.

Carnes brings to the position more than 10 years of industry experience in distribution, procurement and reverse logistics expertise in the electronics and computer industry. Prior to joining The Numina Group, Mr. Carnes served as Sr. Logistics Program Manager and Global Commodity Manager for Dell Inc. He also previously held positions with IBM. His areas of expertise include service program management, domestic logistics, regional & worldwide procurement, and supply chain management. In these positions, Mr. Carnes was instrumental in achieving significant material cost savings in excess of $150 million. He earned a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University after serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy.

In his position with The Numina Group, Mr. Carnes will introduce new services to existing Numina clients and perform new business opportunity analysis. According to Dan Hanrahan, president of The Numina Group, "Ken Carnes will work closely with both clients and our business partners to deliver integrated solutions for reverse logistics and outbound fulfillment applications."
