Multimodal Picking Success Story

Voice Directed Picking Technology Breakthrough

Pick Execution ™, Numina Group’s Voice Directed Picking Module, has been updated to include top-VOX’s topSPEECH-Lydia 6.0®. Lydia 6.0 is the industry’s first voice application to support VOIP (voice over IP) technology. “Lydia 6.0 allows a supervisor to directly communicate work instructions and task assignments in real-time to the worker, an industry first. It is essentially a push to talk phone that allows a supervisor to verbally communicate to the worker” explains Dan Hanrahan, president of the Numina Group.
